We rent 12- and 15-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, a six-bunk touring van, a Ford Expedition XLT MAX, and enclosed trailers from our pickup lot at 915 6th Ave South in Nashville.

All of our vans and trailers are fully insured and every vehicle is covered by AAA roadside. Our vans are low mileage and extremely well maintained. We do not charge our customers for mileage, and there are no hidden fees. Short-term and long-term rentals are both available, so you can match the setup to the trip instead of the other way around.

From passenger Sprinter vans to a fully built bunk van and enclosed trailers, the fleet is set up for tours, group travel, events, and life on the road. Rentals and subleases are handled on a first come, first serve basis.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD Bunk Van

Our six-bunk touring van is a 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD dual axle, built for longer routes where the group would rather sleep in the vehicle than stop for rooms. It has six bunks, each with a memory foam mattress, sheets, pillows, blankets, a reading light, a storage pouch, and a power outlet.

The build also includes a tour bus style front lounge, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and garbage bin, two TVs, a Bose soundbar system, an Amazon Fire Stick, a Nomadic AC unit, a diesel heater, a 3000W inverter breaker panel, 30A shore power with a 110 adapter, a 10-gallon water tank with outside fill and underbody drain, a smoke detector, a back storage area, a driver curtain, a tow hitch, and a Wi-Fi hotspot.

15-Passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

Fifteen seats is usually the most practical way to keep a large group in one vehicle. We run three 15-passenger Sprinters, from $375 to $385 per day. One is regular gas, with a smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker system, a video game hookup, and a powered side door. The other two are diesel with leather seats — one adds a smart TV, the other a brake controller for towing. All three include Apple CarPlay, phone charging in each row, a backup camera, a towing hitch, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. Full specifications are on our 15-passenger Sprinter van rental page.

12-Passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

The 12-passenger Sprinter is the better fit when you want more room per person. We run two of them — one regular gas at $325 per day, one diesel at $350 per day. Both include Apple CarPlay, leather seats, a navigation system, a Bluetooth connection, a backup camera, phone charging in each row, large trunk space, a towing hitch, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. Ford Expedition XLT MAX

For smaller groups that still need towing capacity, the Ford Expedition XLT MAX seats seven with four captain’s chairs plus a bench, at $250 per day. It runs on regular gas and includes Apple CarPlay, leather seats, a backup camera, phone charging in each row, large trunk space, a trailer hitch, and a brake controller. Enclosed Trailer Rentals

When the gear travels with the crew, an enclosed trailer keeps instruments, production equipment, and luggage out of the passenger space. Trailers are available with a van rental for an additional charge, in two sizes.

Each van has about a 4x4x5 area for luggage and gear, and one row of seats can be removed if you need the extra floor space. Removal is limited to one row.

Rental Policies

We would rather set expectations now than sort them out later.

Only the driver listed on the contract may drive. That driver must have personal insurance and a valid driver's license.

The renter is financially responsible for all damages to the van.

Pets are not allowed, due to allergy concerns for future clients.

Smoking is not permitted. A $500 cleaning fee applies if a vehicle is returned with the scent of cigarette smoke or marijuana.

Out-of-state travel is allowed. Canada is currently the only location permitted outside the US.

On tour, the oil must be changed every 10,000 miles. If you pass that mark, you are responsible for the oil change.

All vehicles are covered by AAA. Please do not attempt to fix issues yourself — call us and we will get you back on the road.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you charge mileage?

No. We do not charge our customers for mileage, whether you are driving across Nashville or across the country. There are no hidden fees either — the daily rate shown when you book is the rate you pay, plus TN sales and rental tax. Out-of-state travel is allowed, so the miles on a full tour route do not change what you owe at the end of the rental.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes. There is a 3-day minimum on all rentals. The six-bunk touring van is the exception and carries a one-week minimum. If your trip runs longer than a few days, we also offer long-term rentals with discounted 1, 2, and 3 month rates, plus sublease contract options for individuals or groups.

A sublease lets an individual or a group hold a vehicle for an extended term under contract rather than paying a standard daily rate. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a $100 deposit and we must have a credit card on file. The deposit is separate from your daily rate, which is charged plus TN sales and rental tax. Keep in mind that the renter is financially responsible for all damages to the van for the length of the rental.

Yes, plus TN sales and rental tax. There are no hidden fees and no mileage charges added on top. Daily rates currently run from $250 for the Ford Expedition XLT MAX up to $385 for a diesel 15-passenger Sprinter, with enclosed trailers at $40 or $50 per day. Are you insured?

Yes, all of our vans and trailers are fully insured, and every vehicle is covered by AAA roadside. Separately, the driver listed on the rental contract must carry personal insurance and hold a valid driver’s license. The renter is financially responsible for all damages to the van.

What make and model are your vans?

Our passenger fleet is Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans in 12- and 15-passenger configurations, available in both regular gas and diesel. We also have one bunk van — a 2024 Sprinter 3500XD dual axle with six built-in bunks — and a Ford Expedition XLT MAX that seats seven for smaller groups. Every Sprinter includes Apple CarPlay, phone charging in each row, a backup camera, a towing hitch, and a Wi-Fi hotspot.

Do your vans have entertainment systems?

One of our 15-passenger Sprinters has a smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker system, and a quick connection for your gaming system. A second 15-passenger Sprinter has a smart TV. Every Sprinter in the fleet has a Wi-Fi hotspot, and the 12-passenger vans include a navigation system and a Bluetooth connection. The six-bunk touring van has two TVs, a Bose soundbar system, and an Amazon Fire Stick.

Do the vans have trunk space?

Yes. Each van has about a 4x4x5 area for luggage and gear behind the last row. If you need more floor space, one row of seats can be removed, though removal is limited to one row. For groups travelling with backline, production equipment, or a full set of luggage, adding a 5 x 10 or 6 x 12 enclosed trailer is usually the better option.

Can you remove seats?

Yes, but removal is limited to one row. That gives you extra floor space for gear while keeping the van at a workable seat count for the rest of the group. Ask about it when you book so we know how you need the van configured.

Do you clean the vans before renting?

Yes, our vans are fully cleaned prior to rentals. They are also low mileage and extremely well maintained. On the return side, a $500 cleaning fee applies if a vehicle comes back with the scent of cigarette smoke or marijuana.

What is your breakdown policy?

All vehicles are covered by AAA. If something goes wrong on the road, please do not attempt to fix the issue yourself — for your own safety, call us and we will get you back on the road. One maintenance item does fall to the renter: on longer routes, the oil must be changed every 10,000 miles.

Can we cross the US border?

Yes. Canada is currently the only location allowed outside of the US, which means no other international destinations are permitted. The vehicle still has to come back to the Nashville lot at the end of the rental.

Do you do one-way rentals?

No. All vehicles must be returned to the lot located in Nashville, TN, at 915 6th Ave South. Pickup and return both happen there. If your route ends somewhere other than Nashville, build the return leg into your dates — and remember there is no mileage charge on those miles.

Is there parking at the pickup lot?

Yes, we typically have one or two spots available at the pickup lot for band vehicles. Because it is only a spot or two, let us know in advance if you plan to leave a vehicle with us for the length of your rental.

Do we have to change the oil while on tour?

Yes. The oil must be changed every 10,000 miles. If you pass that mark on your tour, you are responsible for the oil change to prevent any vehicle issues. It comes up most often on extended tours and long-term rentals rather than short trips.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed, due to allergy concerns for future clients. This applies across the fleet, including the six-bunk touring van.

Can we smoke in the van?

No. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with the scent of cigarette smoke or marijuana. The fee is triggered by scent alone, so it is worth passing along to everyone travelling with you. Our vans are fully cleaned before every rental and we keep them that way.

How do I cancel?

Call or email as soon as you know. If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, there will be a 2-day minimum charge. Reaching out early is always better — for long-term rentals and subleases in particular, dates are handled on a first come, first serve basis.

Can we rent a trailer?

Yes. We rent 5 x 10 and 6 x 12 enclosed trailers for an additional charge, at $40 and $50 per day. The 5 x 10 includes a loading ramp, side door, strap down tracks, spare tire, 2″ ball, and 4-way power. The 6 x 12 is dual axle with a loading ramp, side door, strap down tracks, spare tire, 2 5/16″ ball, and 7-pin connection. Please note that we do not price match with U-Haul or any other competitor for our trailer rentals.

Where do I pick up the van?

All pickups and returns happen at our lot at 915 6th Ave South, Nashville, TN 37203. Our mailing address is separate — 108 Dylan Woods Dr, Nolensville, TN 37135 — so use the 6th Ave South address for your trip. Because we do not offer one-way rentals, that is also where the vehicle comes back at the end of your dates.
